If you're a big fan of the customized background that you've created for your Xbox One, Microsoft will improve your ability to view it. You'll now be able to set a transparency level for your tiles—at least, the ones that don't have any kind of usage restrictions—so they don't block your pretty background quite as much.

What other games do you guys recommend on XBO? I love FH2, it's the best next gen game no doubt either system. But other than that and some NHL, I am not seeing much else to play. Sports games wise I am fine on PS4, so just want another few games to play on XBO. I love the controller.

There is a video on the XB1 dashboard showcasing Fable Legends. It talks about DX12 and its impact. Looks very cool

I just finished The Last of Us Remastered on the PS4 and I am friggin' blown away by the game. Probably the best single player game I have ever played. Incredible story with an emotional attachment to the characters. Truly a video game masterpiece. Naughty Dog is a phenomenal developer. Wow.

Yes, it was so boring and there were so many cutscenes that he had no choice to call it a video game masterpiece.

Nonsense. The cutscenes are part of this marvelous adventure. Story wise is one of the best I've ever played. There's this emotional connection between you and the characters that you've never experience before. So good that after I finished playing it for the PS3, I decided to rekindle that connection on the PS4.

There are obviously cutscenes but they don't take over the game. The story is what makes the game. Ridiculously good game. Whoever said its a boring game has the attention span of a 12 year old.

No not at all. Some hc gamers who love these type of games told me to avoid it since it's slow and boring. I won't mind trying it out and it's so cheap too.

If by "hc gamers" you mean the guys who play Call of Duty every night and use terms like "pwned" and "noob" constantly, then yeah...maybe.

Anybody with more than 2 brain cells would have a tough time saying that Last of Us is boring. Maybe kids who have no comprehension of the depth of choice and what it feels like to protect a child or something...I have no idea.

There are probably a handful of guys out there who would say that they would have no interest in this:

And I'd say they were just as crazy.

Look I'm not trying to start something, my New Years resolution was to avoid conflict and I get your point above. However the game won tons of awards, has been raved about in this thread and the dedicated game thread and there are about a zillion reviews. I'm as guilty of anyone about being lazy sometimes and asking questions here I could easily find the answers too, but I would be lying if i didn't say I thought the same as Terry.

Regardless, I don't think you're going to find anyone here or above the age of 14 who thought this game was dull. It's in my top 5 best games ever played and since I'm 48, I've been playing games a long time.

Ahhh crap, I'm going to pick up TLOU at lunch today. Thank you all! I never got around to repurchasing it after playing less than a couple hours of the PS3 version. I have $28 in BB credit and have been going back and forth about which game to purchase. This seems like a no brainer.
