I just started looking at draft stuff.. It's a pretty poor year for QB's in this class. Petty is interesting, but for a team that's desperate to make a jump, does he give you a better chance to win now than the QB's currently on your roster? Petty is a project imo.

The Rams draft at the 10 spot yes? What about the Hundley kid from UCLA? OR do you pick another position with their #1 and then in the 2nd or 3rd rounds try to get a project QB like Petty? If you go the latter route what about a kid like Sean Mannion from Oregon St. or the Grayson kid from Colorado St. ?
Agree about the qbs.

Rams could use a number one WR and like you say, looks like a good crop of those.

P.S.

TCU is pretty impressive. Right now I rank em #1 ahead of Alabama. 8)

I don't know what the Rams are going to do with Bradford. If they stick with him, then yes wait on a later round.. if not, pick the QB they like the best and get him. I'm not sure about the UCLA QB, but I've watched Petty and although he's raw, I like what I've seen of him.

Dont like the qbs at all so I hope they do stick with him for the last year. The problem and its a big problem is that he is made out of glass.

They may stick with Bradford but will Sam stick with them?

Not all the good qbs were drafted early in the first round.

I'm all for staying with Bradford.. but if we do, I'll cover my eyes every time he's sacked. :)

No doubt there are good QB's in the latter rounds, but if I'm looking for a particular player and he's there when I draft, I'm going to draft him.. that's just me though. I'm not an NFL head coach. :P

Cant argue with that. If its the player you want, get him.

There have been quite a few NFL head coaches that were not NFL head coaches.

The problem is, the Rams needed to be a little more aggressive in taking a Bryce Petty type of player last year. I didn't think they needed to draft to replace Bradford in 2014, but they should have been making plans to be able to do so. As it is, I think Bryce Petty is a perfect QB for their situation. He should be available in a later round, and is worth the gamble.

I thought the year the Chiefs acquired Alex Smith was a bad year to get a QB. But this looks really dire. I think the top two are ripe for flame outs, although I'm rooting for Mariota. Anyone who drafts Winston is asking for problems.

I think we should always review a play or two before the current play like they are doing at the rose bowl. Adds to the mystery.

Good question. I am not one to hate another human being, but I can stand that POS. NO WAY he should be in this game with his checkered past. Typical NFL bullshit...

Yup that's one where you just fall down and run out the clock or kick a FG.
