No doubt, Philbin needs to go. I think the Dolphins new GM hire has been an upgrade from Jeff Ireland. If Philbin gets canned, Stephen Ross will load and backup the money truck and put it Harbaugh's driveway. The Dolphins have enough talent now to do some damage. This is a least a 10-6 team but it's still playing like a mediocre team.

After today, would they Dolphins still want Harbaugh?

He's still under contract next year. 49ers hope to get some trade compensation but teams can just want until after the 2015 season to sign him without worrying about any compensation.
