Yeah they are looking better but that loss was mind numbing.
Oh and the punt return was not literally a TD...It was a rant TD. It was maybe to the five?
I still dont understand why not a run on second down to take some clock off.
Waiting for the league apology ...again....They really do want them back in LA. I prefer my enemies closer.
That punt return stands, and I believe they take a different approach (running it in since it would be at the 4 or 5 yard line) so it had a BIG effect, imho.
I still would have ran the ball on 2nd down to run down the clock more.

Are you serious? Jesus you Rams fans and your tin foil hat conspiracies. They had the ball 2nd and goal from the 4 yard line with over a minute left. They were in position to at the very least tie the game, just run the ball. It was a bad throw by a QB who shouldn't even be in the league.

They had a win in the bad against a very mediocre Cleveland Browns and for some reason, the coach calls timeout to
stop the clock when we were moving into field goal range in the last minute of play. Everyone knows the Falcons
defense is like swiss cheese, so why would you give the other team ANY time to have the ball last?
He had some incredible catches eye opening already last week when they played in SEA, and I was asking myself WTH was this kid, but Beckham JR is becoming Eli's target easily.
I love my LA conspiracy theory it is so much more fun than it being coincidence.
It is almost every week of a loss and almost every week they admit that they made a bad call on what turned out to be the key call.
....and yeah they should have run the ball on 2nd down at least to take time off of the clock or force SD to burn a timeout but alas shotty and fishy are shotty and fishy.

My point is that it wasn't that much of a key call. I saw the game, there was NO penalty on that kick return but the Rams ended up in better shape. They had 1st and goal from the 6 and then 2nd and goal from the 4 with 1:03 left. Run the ball twice and if you don't get in, kick a field goal. Lets say they complete that pass now SD has a minute to respond. Bad coaching and bad throw.
There are bad calls in literally every game, I watch a ton of games. In the Bears game we benefited from a terrible call, i.e. The Vincent Jackson fumble that was not really a fumble. I know you like the conspiracy theory and it's funny and all, but to b*tch about a call when it didn't stop your team from havin a shot at winning the game is silly.

Time to give the D its Due Believe it or not, the defense showed Sunday that it's actually the strength of this Bears team
Did they not notice we played the Bucs? Did they not notice that is Josh "gosh" McGown had looked in the middle of the field guys were wide open? Did they not see us give up a 3rd and 23, Yes that's right 3rd and f***in TWENTY THREE! Have they not noticed Lance Briggs is mailing it in, counting the days until he can get to Tampa.
Man the writers and talk radio is this town define the term meat head Bears fan.

How bad an unlikable is this Bears team? I'd actually forgot they were playing tonight until a friend reminded me, now I wish he hadn't. I don't even know where to start but I'll leave it as this seemingly insignificant comment.
We spent a draft pick on a punter. A punter who was out kicked in the pre-season by an undrafted FA but still got the job. Every time we punt, which is a lot since our offense sucks, it's about 50/50 odds of it being blocked because they guy is so slow.
Not even 5-11 is going to matter because they won't fire anyone but Tucker. Hell you couldn't even get a 2nd round pick for Cutler right now.

At this point I want Tucker fired so bad that I can't even care about any other damn thing. The OL was much improved today, but I can't for the life of me figure out why Trestman is just ignoring the running game. Cutler played pretty well.
Was at the game in the nosebleeds, and there really is nothing better than watching all 22 players on every snap. The Cowboys OL was the overwhelming difference in this game. Murray was fine, but he wasn't particularly successful at eluding or trucking tacklers. He was untouched on probably 95% of his yardage though.
They're a good unit, but I'm surprised that Tucker was so cowed by the presence of Bryant that he never played 8 in the box. Romo was awful early, so I would have probably sold out the run and let him try to beat you.
