Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
Another blow for the Italians later on. Already without Montolivo, their captain Buffon won't start the game due to an ankle injury. Big loss.
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread

Aahh. Thanks for the clarification.Jimmydeicide wrote:GET IN means you scored not another miss sorry shoulda scored
CMON and GET IN !?
Either way that defense on the corner pretty much makes it all moot. No margin for error when you have no one that can finish.

Samaras can finish he just has an allergy to going inside the box.
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
He could finish. He has like 7 goals in 85 games for the boys. At least thats would the guy doing the game said.Jimmydeicide wrote:Samaras can finish he just has an allergy to going inside the box.

I really enjoy watching this Colombian team. They were a pest during the qualies, how I wish Falcao was in the team.
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
I did not enjoy watching the blue team.
Way to finish the game.
Fitting.
Poor from start to finish.

England Italy will hopefully bring me some enjoyment and maybe even a better picture.
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
Remember James Rodriguez. He'll be a wanted man in the EPL, a lot of talent in this kid many of the upcoming skilled SA kids, only 22 a star in the makings.
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
No denying his talent and that Columbia as a whole is a pretty good team.10spro wrote:Remember James Rodriguez. He'll be a wanted man in the EPL, a lot of talent in this kid many of the upcoming skilled SA kids, only 22 a star in the makings.

Costa Rica gone wild!
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
A shocker for Uruguay. Will Maestro Tavarez be forced to play Suarez ahead of schedule?
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
Hes warming up. Is he ready?10spro wrote:A shocker for Uruguay. Will Maestro Tavarez be forced to play Suarez ahead of schedule?
Did I hear right that its 23 days after surgery?
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
Yeah, he just had a minor knee surgery. Ready? I don't think so but the way this Uruguayan team is playing, they may have to put him in soon.XXXIV wrote:Hes warming up. Is he ready?10spro wrote:A shocker for Uruguay. Will Maestro Tavarez be forced to play Suarez ahead of schedule?

Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
Funny thing is, Costa Rica has been playing much better with the lead than when they were trailing. And this was supposed to be an easy group.

Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
Yep. I never saw this coming til it came10spro wrote:Funny thing is, Costa Rica has been playing much better with the lead than when they were trailing.

Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
Why Maxie? He knew straight away though.
Re: World Cup 2014 Thread
Total frustration for an experience player like Pereira. Well deserved red, Uruguay showed me NOTHING today.
