I can assure you they sway in the wind on the PC. I have video footage that shows it on my channel.
This is what I had seen.

They'll probably patch the PC version if they haven't already to add it.

Even if they do add that 8% GPU enhancement will it be enough to match the PS4? Doubt it.

It seems a lot of people had this experience, but I found all the talk about the framerate to be completely overblown. I'm not saying you didn't have that experience, you and others clearly did, but rather that for me it was never something that interfered with my putting a crap-ton of hours into it. As a result, I tend to ignore all the hysteria over stuff like this.

Same for me with Far Cry 3. I didn't even really know there were any issues until I read about it online. Maybe I'm just getting old.

I followed Db's suggestion to clear my Game Q at gamefly a week prior to ensure I get new releases, and it worked! Tomb Raider shipped today for the PS4. Can't wait to play it, as I only played an hour's worth of the 360 version.

Xbox One rumors flying at NeoGaf:

- Halo 2 Anniversary this fall will include Halo 5 beta, Halo 5 comes out next year 2015.
- Crackdown 3 is in the works but probably wont be out until 2016.
- Forza Horizon this fall. Will have an interesting weather system and lots of coop and social features.
- White Xbox one with Sunset Overdrive and special controller.
- 1 TB Xbox one.
- Sunset Overdrive this fall.
- Black Tusk project was called "Shangheist".
- Fable Legends next Summer 2015.
- Gears of War is at least 2.5 years away.
- Titanfall DLC every 45 days.
- Titanfall will have 16 maps.
- Quantum Break is Holiday 2014
- Possible Xbox One without optical drive- $399

And over at Polygon:

Report: Xbox One dashboard update hits March, white model due this year
The Xbox One will receive its first major dashboard in March, The Verge reports, addressing numerous issues with the Xbox Live service along with other unspecified system fixes.

Citing sources familiar with the matter, The Verge reports that the update will introduce fixes for Party-chat problems as well as improving the usability and visibility of Xbox Live's social features.

Interesting rumors indeed.

The white Xbox One looks really sweet, but I have a feeling it'd stick out like a sore thumb in my entertainment center. Everything is pretty much all black. Still, I love the look of it.

The possibility of a 1TB hard drive is definitely nice, but I generally only have a few games at my disposal, and then delete them off the hard drive after I've either traded or sold them, so I think the standard size is sufficient.

Super enthused about the Forza Horizon coming out this year. I always thought Sunset Overdrive was going to release in 2014, so this didn't surprise me. Also, looking forward to Halo.

16 maps sounds like a very nice number for Titanfall!

I'm probably in the minority, but I prefer having a blu-ray player as part of the console. Streaming has become more of the norm, but there's something about the physical disk that makes me feel as though I'm getting the best audio and video experience.

Outlast to be free for PS+ members in February. Game looks scary as s**t! It's the same game if you played it on the PC

I can now verify that it also looks and plays great on the Xbox One. They did a really nice job on these ports.

This is what I was hoping. That the games past the launch window started looking closer. I didn't get TR on both consoles, because I just don't want to do that every time a game comes out. But it was pretty noticeable on the early titles. In the videos I saw online, the XB1 version looked equal, which I hope is the case. The PS4 version just has some clarity in the textures and the framerate is impeccable. I've seen some reports that the XB1 can be hit or miss in some cases, but I haven't experienced it myself.

So yesterday my XB1 started to have problems playing my P90x3 DVD's, I thought maybe they were smudged because we've been using them so much. Now when I put in a game it can't read the disc. Honestly I probably have maybe 40 hours of gaming time on this system and its f***in broken.

No one said Microsoft knew how to make hardware. Like this is a huge shock.

What is the warranty on the system, if it is past the exchange or return policy? Does MS offer a 1 year warranty?

I got it from Amazon so I doubt I can exchange it. I'm filling out the MS service request tonight. Honestly when I get the fixed one back I might sell it.

When my PS4 went belly up...it was outside of Amazon's return window. I bet you money it's still all good to exchange it with Amazon due to the holiday return window. I believe it goes until tomorrow! Seriously.

I don't think this is an accurate perception. The original Xbox was solid. I loved my Microsoft gamepad when I was still a PC gamer. The Zune had issues, but it wasn't design and quality. The Surface is in the same boat.

They completely botched the 360. But, while it took a couple of revisions, they became rock solid themselves. Other than the 360, what else would have led anyone to conclude that Microsoft hardware is bad?

They made two consoles...one was probably the biggest consumer electronic failure ever from a reliability/build quality standpoint. That perception carries a ton of weight.

Of course it's accurate. The Xbox 360 was a pile of sh*t. That's fact. They made two consoles and one was horrific. I don't know a single person that didn't need to get an Xbox 360 replaced at some time (yes, even the newest ones). So it's pretty f'n accurate. I'm not sure why you're bringing in other divisions of MS to compare (Zune? Surface? huh?)...their video game/home entertainment one sucks at hardware design. That cannot be disputed.

I can't exchange it with Amazon but I can get a refund, they do not have Day One editions to exchange for. I could refund it and just order a non-day one edition. Hmm

Well yeah, obviously you can't do a Day One. LOL. Just refund and exchange it. Way better than going through MS.

Wasn't the Thompson drive issue with the Xbox fairly prevalent or am I just an unlucky bastard? 0/2 with my first two Microsoft consoles and keeping my fingers crossed on the XBO. Just the fact that I am stupid enough to throw money at Microsoft given my own history shows how much I loved both the Xbox and especially the 360 when the freakin' things were working.
