Wow, terrible news and can't find any words to say. I also read that it wasn't life threatening. I've always been a huge fan of Michael since the Benetton day and that's what got me to watch and show an interest in Formula One. This is almost like 2001 with Dale Earnhardt. I hope he makes it. What's really sad is I read that his 14 yr old son was with him when it happened.

The bad news continued today in racing: "Mr. 500," Andy Granatelli, died. He owned the car that Mario Andretti drove to his only victory at Indy, in 1969. Granatelli also fielded the famous turbine-powered car at Indy and also was a sports marketing pioneer with his STP sponsorship.

Read that he got hurt while skiing off piste. Sounds like he was in a more challenging and dangerous area than the runs in typical resorts?Rodster wrote:Wow, terrible news and can't find any words to say. He's been retired for awhile but may still have had some desire for thrills.

This is what the F1 2014 cars may sound like. They do sound way different but not too bad. For some reason it brings me back to the way the old IRL cars sounded back in the 90's. What do you think PK?
