College Hoops 2K8 or NCAA10?

Looking for some new games to play...even if they are old.

What is the best simulation of College Basketball? I usually favor 2K in almost all areas. Curious what you guys know about these two final College Hoops games.

Looking realism and also nice presentation where I feel immersed in the games commentary, stat overlays, realistic gameplay and overall presentation.

I haven't played either, but people and sports gaming forums still rave about College Hoops 2K8 like it's a lost Beatles' or Zeppelin recording.

NCAA 10 had great presentation using both a CBS and ESPN announcing crews, unfortunately the constant random freezing issue that they never patched killed it for me.

College Hoops 2k8 is still the best even after all these years. I've still got my copy.

NCAA 10 is a good game but freezes on the 360. I've heard it doesn't freeze on the PS3 but I don't know if that is true or not.

I also recall whenever the CPU would feed the post in NCAA10, the post player always shot the ball. They never passed out, which I found to be a huge annoyance. Go the 2K8 route for sure. I'm sure if you look hard enough, you can find the game for under $5 used at Game Stop.
