Battlefield 3 Wednesday Night

Post by Teal »

Fifa has asked for a BF3 poker night tonight, and I would love that, so I'm putting up an official 'step up to the bar' thread. Who's in for some runnin' and gunnin' tonight?

Questionable. Band may jam tonight since most guys will be out of town Friday.

I may make an appearance tonight :). It's been a while so I'll probably suck but I'll try and make it around 11 or so EST.

Hopefully I can join in some night in the near future.

Sorry I missed it. A bit under the weather today. Definitely want to get into some games soon, though.

That was DAMN good fun. You know it's fun when my "MOTHERF*CKERS!" count exceeds 100 for one night.

Teal, riding with you on the bike when we survived two air strikes to capture the flag and return it to our base was one of the more epic things I've done in gaming in a VERY long time. So much fun.

Let's shoot again soon! Thanks.

After my 2nd disconnect I figured it wasn't my night. I then went on to confirm just that in tiger woods.

Yeah, I had to catch up on work last night, but I would like to do this next week. I downloaded the update and End Game yesterday.

Hopefully, by next week everyone will have the new downloads completed  and we can do it again, for sure. I would have never thought a dirt bike would add so much to the gameplay in such a significant way, but it certainly does. Add to that the ability to capture a flag and take off on said bike, or tank, or humvee, or helicopter...and CTF becomes close to my new go-to mode. It's just an amazing amount of fun.

+1,000,000

I thought the dirt bikes would coat this great game with an ugly layer of Velveeta. I was wrong. The bikes make a great game RIDICULOUSLY good. I could play CTF on the End Game maps until about 2017. :)

My most frequent phrase last night: "GET THAT MOTHERF*CKER! HE HAS THE FLAG! KILL THAT MOTHERF*CKER!" :)
