Last night we lost 3 heartbreaking OT games that we had control of and in typical fashion, a couple of late late 3rd period goals that demoralized us, but overall I really liked the way we played. I can only remember a couple of instances where we were trapped in our own end zone struggling to get the puck out. I guess with the patch, the filtering is much more fair but on the down side it does take longer to find some matches.
We carried the gameplay in a lot of those matches, I liked the good pressure we put on the other side in their blue line. Yes there's that typical unfortunate breakaway as a result of a bad bounce here and there or in the last game where the puck was just sitting by the goalpost twice
because our keeper was too slow or blind to see the puck, resulting in cheap goals.But overall, damn fun game as usual.
