I really, really, really hate to give these Manc SOB's any credit, but this is damn fine work...even if the tall guy in the middle looks like he's taking time off from his day job in Borderlands 2.

Who would have thought that Celtic would be just two points behind Barca after today's surprise in CL action. Good for them, it took additional time in game 1 for the Spaniards to put them away in another tight match.

Might be worth checking out the USA-Russia game on Wednesday. A bunch of new faces compared the last qualifier lineup.

Jozy and Chandler back in, and a bunch of U-23s like Sean Johnson, Diskerud, Gyau, Agudelo and Boyd.

I still want to know when El Guzano will return to the team. :)

Everyone was celebrating with Carragher since he actually made a meaningful contribution.

I love that gif for what he does right at the end - where is everyone? f*** it, fist pump!

It kind of reminds me of Gob from Arrested Development.

I love this part:
But before you start thinking Snoop is rushing into this decision, know that he was pictured wearing a Celtic shirt in 2005, and he's already asked his friend David Beckham about the club, who confirmed that "teams don't come much bigger," according to Snoop.
You just know Becks went back to his table at the club, phoned up Gary Neville and said, "You won't believe this, but I'm this close to talking Snoop Dog into investing in...Celtic!!" before cackling uncontrollably in his schoolgirl voice.

I was hoping that he'd get the message between Europa League games, but I guess not. Drives me a bit bonkers as well.

The 2-0 loss to Southampton was a metaphor for a season of mid-table mediocrity -- at best -- for Newcastle.

There have been plenty of injuries, and the squad is shallow on Tyneside. But last season is looking more and more like a mirage.

Infamous Scouser Joey Barton trying to sound at home in France. Hilarious.

FYI Gareth Bale has now had 2 yellow cards in a week for diving (that's four times this season so far). And Ashley Young got a Reading player booked by diving.

Suarez is ruining football.

EDIT: I don't think my dad is going to make it past Christmas as those idiot chavs will start rioting soon. Not that I care, Uncle Roman will give him a big payout and we'll go to Dubai for Christmas and Chelsea's season will be f***ed. Win all round. :)

The gift that keeps on giving - rumor is that Abramovic is going to bring on Avram Grant (another person that Chelsea fans absolutely hate...why, I dunno - took 'em to a CL final which they lost on penalties because JT can't walk) to advise Rafa.

Rafa and Avram on the touchline for Chelsea - the chavs heads will explode!

EDIT: Boooooo! The club has denied this stellar idea. Damnit!

Apparently, The Special One is leaving Real in June - ?conceding the title early to Barcelona and the 'Got Poked in the Eye' One. Be interesting to see where Jose ends up.

Well, he's never hidden his desire to return to England so my bet would be in Manchester. Which team is the question.

A great piece that really sums up what it feels like to love a club from so far away. Very sweet. Can't imagine how emotional he'd be if he supported a team that actually ever won anything. :)

just realized that there is only 1 group today that has anything to play for and that is Anderlecht and Zenit playing to see who goes to the Europa League, yuck.
