wow…Tannehill already named week 1 starting QB in Miami. Guess they realized how bad the rest of the team was so might as well just start getting the guy some experience from the jump.

Too bad David Garrard got hurt, guess it was a bad move playing him in that meaningless preseason game....

You do know he hasn't played for a year, and he hasn't played good for about 3 years...so no loss there. Seems like a nice enough guy, but I had zero confidence in him. Culpepper 2.0 in Miami.

Yes I know I was just poking a little fun because he got hurt playing with his kid at the pool.

Vince Young is hitting bottom. He was poor for Buffalo against Pittsburgh, so the Bills traded with Seattle today for the illustrious Tarvaris Jackson as a replacement for Young as a possible backup to Fitz. Watch Tyler Thigpen beat both of them for the job.
If Fitz gets hurt, oh, sh*t. If Fitz stays healthy, I still could say that same phrase often this season.

As much as I gave you crap last year about the horrible Fitz contract, I'm actually expecting him to have a pretty good year. Like top 5 QB type of good year.

Our opinions of Fitz are on opposite poles again! I think he's going to be completely mediocre.

I am pretty keen to watch the rookie QB's in action today. Obviously Luck and RG3 will be the main attractions, but I will keep my eye also on R. Wilson in SEA as he makes a rather surprising start winning the job over the recently signed M. Flynn.
Two things I noticed about Tannehill. He's throwing too close to the line where it's susceptible to getting the ball tipped. It also looks like his release is off, like he's throwing slightly down.
And a last minute mental gaffe by WAS allowed NO to block a punt resulting in a TD after the home team has struggled offensively most of the 1st half. RG3 looks good, very poised and confident.

Well both observations are wrong. His problem is staring down receivers. Allowing the line to jump as soon as he releases it. Not rocket science.
F*ck, this afternoon is a brutal piece of torture if you're a Bills' fan. Horrific. Embarrassing. Deflating. Depressing. Same sh*t, different year.
DB, you were right last year: The Bills blew $40 million signing Fitzpatrick to a long-term deal. Forget the debate whether he's good: He's not even a capable NFL starting quarterback.

Jeff Fisher smoking the pole the last two minutes.
Wow.
A time out at 2:03 with the ball at Detroit's 30. Why? Then throw a pass. Why so interested in conserving time for the Lions? Mind blowing time management.
EDIT: It appears the time out had to be called because the replacement refs got confused and started the play clock before the game clock forcing Fisher into that TO. Thanks go to Goodell an half an apology to guppy.
I wont forgive the pass call and the defense you called the last two Lion drives. Try one more three man rush mother f***er! That was embarrassing.
On the positive side its not often the Rams are in a game in the last two minutes but on the down side, this high priced glamour f*** found a new way to lose.
Goosfraba......
Now I am thinking of what a prevent defense actually prevents and I need to sing...
Nice showing by the Bears on Offense but regardless what anyone says Urlacher looked slow and hurt. They will say they pulled him out to rest but I think that was just a good reason to get him out of the game. The Defense won't be facing teams like the Colts all year.
Marshall looked outstanding BTW
