I've heard it's been three now. He's pissing me off. Not like it matters when the defensive backs are so bad.
Yeah that one would have been a TD. The defense is not horrid but more like non-existent. Memo to Dolphins, lose the training/practice dome. Players look out of shape.

Just saw the dallas highlights and have to ask why Romo get so much love from everyone? This guy hasn't won anything and just gives games away with his play, all his career. If he wasn't on the Cowboys would he already have been benched? I thought I'd never say this but I'd rather have Jay Cutler as the QB on my team than Romo.

Like I said earlier Romo singlehandedly LOST that game for Dallas. Yeah Cowboy fan has reason to be pissed.

At least the Dolphins have finally found their QB in Moore. :P

Utterly shocked at the performance by the Eagles D AGAIN in the 4th. Pathetic. Thank god I'm too pumped about the Phillies to care...too much.

Do you guys think Cam Newton can keep this up? He's making teams look silly. You really have to wonder why they paid so much $$ to DeAngelo Williams. Cam Newton IS their goal-line back already lol. Barring an injury, this guy is going to be putting up better stats than Vick within 2 years.

Does anyone else see the irony of the NFL's most unapologetic head-hunter, James Harrison, suffering what amounts to a broken face after -- you guessed it -- a helmet-to-helmet hit?

I haven't seen any Carolina games but apparently, he's showing a lot more accuracy than people expected.

Now is he making passes in the pocket or is he keeping plays alive like Rothlisberger or Vick and then finding open WRs after like having 5 seconds or more for the patterns to develop?

Vick is able to put up big numbers and gains because he has enough time for his WRs to stretch the field and the coverage breaks down.

Newton is playing about as well as I have seen a rookie QB play, which is surprising given how he looked during the preseason. The Bears were able to get some pressure on him a few times, and rather than take off, he used his mobility to buy more time to find a receiver. I was really impressed by that.

He'll throw a lot of picks this year because it just takes time and experience to understand NFL coverages. Like a lot of young QBs, he's not always good about looking off coverage, not forcing throws, and knowing when to give up on a play rather than risk a sack or turnover. But he looks ready to play at a high level and if I was a Panther fan, I'd be really excited.

The only thing I thought about was the dude came back in the game and played with a broken face and he would probably play this week but the doctors won't let him.

And there you have it...I don't have to deal with the horrible Chad Henne any longer under center for the Dolphins. Out for the year and for his career with the Dolphins.

Bring on the Sage Rosenfels era (again).

They could have brought in David Gerrard or Carlson Palmer who are bought better options. This move smells like the movie Major League.

Can't bring over guys who don't wanna come. The Bengals will NOT trade Palmer and Gerrard didn't want to sign as a backup. They tried...and they got stuck with Sage as the best of the crap that actually will sign.

David Gerrard as starter is > Matt Moore. As Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald wrote in his column, it's as if the owner has quit on the team and the owner wants Luck. Stephen Ross is going to be screwed if Luck stays in college one more year to finish out his senior year.

Rod, apparently you haven't heard of the Minnesota Vikings. This team will win maybe 1 or 2 games. They're already 0-4. They have 7 more division games against Detroit, GB and Chicago. They will not win any of them. That's 11 losses right there. Their non-division games aren't cake walks, either. They play at home against Arizona this week. This is their only legit chance at a victory. The pathetic Chiefs team kicked 6 different kinds of dog crap out of them last year. The only way the Dolphins win the "Luck sweepstakes" is if they lose every game. I can't see the Vikings doing better than 2-14 this year. Wonder if they'd draft Luck, even with Ponder.

On that note, how do you LA guys feel about your soon to be LA Vikings? :D

The difference between the Dolphins and the Vikings is HUGE. The Dolphins suck and the owner is going about his business to ensure they stay that way until Draft Day.

The Vikings don't suck they have to learn that it's a 60 minute game not 30 minutes. They have lost every game the same way, lose it in the 2nd half. The Vikings have playmakers, the Dolphins don't or at least they've gone AWOL (Brandon Marshall, Reggie Bush, JT, Karlos Dansby, Vonte Davis, Sean Smith)

I've got Reggie Bush on my bench for fantasy, so I've been watching a fair amount of Dolphins games. Now granted, that OL is nothing to write home about, but it looks like they found the world's dumbest man to be OC. He's basically treating Bush like a traditional RB, having him bash in between the tackles and virtually never splitting him out or putting him in motion. Has this guy managed to never seen a Saints game? Waste of a nice asset there. Bush won't be a world-beater, but he can give an offense the same sort of thing that Sproles is giving the Saints.

The reason Bush signed his extension in Miami is because he was promised that he'd be the every down back. That's not the OC Dabol's fault...that's managements fault. If you look back at the press conferences before the season...they were counting on Bush being the #1 and turns out Daniel Thomas is significantly better than him, except like Bush, he's got a spotty injury history ALREADY w/ his bad hammy. Sproles is a rich man's Reggie Bush...the Dolphins clearly chose the wrong running back and had to give up Picks to get the one they did choose. Just another horrendous FO decision.

As for the O-Line...it's a turnstile. No QB has been hit more than Henne and they are on pace to shatter the franchise record for sacks. They've got two above average linemen and the rest are horrendous (Columbo being the most blatant).

And to add to what db said. The reason the fans get on Sparano is because he was considered the OL guru when he came from Dallas. The OL has the chance to be good with Long, Pouncey and Carey. I think coaching is holding them back. The Dolphins have changed out too many of their OL players. They do need stability at the OL for ANY quarterback to have a chance. Andrew Luck would get murdered with this OL.

Good win for the Hawks in NY agains the Giants. Charlie Whitehurst came in cold as T. Jackson left the game with a shoulder injury and filled in just fine. Lynch also had a good running game, the team seems to be coming out slowly and showed good signs already last week vs ATL when they lost by a couple of points.

So I finished watching the Jets- Pats game and the station switched to the SD - Den game. They said Orton was bounced in favor of Tebow and how he gave the team a spark in the 2nd half. The freakin guy almost won it on the last play. How can you NOT start Tebow? And yes i'm a Tebow fan. :)
