My bookmarks aren't disappering but I can't get my bookmarked sites to stay alphabetized. That's driving me a little bonkers. Also, I don't like that I have to scroll all the way back up the page to return to the previous page. In Safari, the arrows are always on the page for display. Maybe I'm missing something. I'm not as enamored with it as I was in the beginning.

On a side note, my son and I are addicted to Tap Zoo. We continually check the app on the hour hoping to buy a new animal, restroom, pizza joint, etc. Having to wait 8 hours for land to form can test some patience! But it will be worth it!

I keep trying new browsers, which have their pluses and minuses, but at the end of day I end up back at Atomic for $1. I think it's the search bar and everything being customizable that I like.

Besides Safari, I also use 'Terra' and 'Browser' from time to time.

That Chrome-based browser is nice but it seems to reload a lot when I open it again.

This is on an iPad1. Maybe it's better on iPad2 with more RAM. Needs a search bar though.

Apple announced that they will talk about iOS 5 at WWDC on 6/6. Maybe a tabbed Safari will arrive, though I think the issue is RAM.

I can't seem to save more than 10 bookmarks. After that, it just replaces the most recent one.

As did I. Weird controls, but playable.

Just a heads up, Gamestop has $5 discount off iTunes cards.

Went ahead and got a $25 card. That should be more than enough for me for a while.

You can also get an HDMI cable for $30-40, instead of a $99 Apple TV to complement your iPad.

But wireless does make it easier for a lot of people. The more people output video to the HDTV from their mobile devices, the better games will be offered.

It would also be easy for bluetooth controller peripherals to pair to mobile devices. Whether Logitech may do something like this with their wheels is an interesting question. They would need more well-known racing games to become big hits on tablets though.

Target has the same deal, it's 20% off of an iTunes gift card. I picked up a $25 one for $20 as well.

Thanks for the heads up on the iTunes cards. We're leaving for vacation tomorrow. I want to download a few movies. Do you guys know how much space a movie takes up? I only have 7GB left on my 16GB iPad.

Don't think that would be enough for more than 2-3 movies if they're HD.

I guess it depends on decoding options, but the one time I copied a standard def DVD just to test it was 1.4Gb for 1.5 hour movie.

I thought Dan was referring to movies he'd buy or rent from the iTunes store.

Certainly with Handbrake you can rip DVDs or transcode video files and set the quality, though most people just use presets.

Just take the HBO Go app. and watch some old Sopranos.

Or the Netflix app and watch some old Dexter. :)

There's a separate thread on the game, some impressions there.

Is that sword & sworcery? I'm a fan. It's certainly unique and quirky, and while many may not really 'get it' or would decry it's lack of hard-core gameplay, I think you might appreciate it quite a bit Naples.
