Well, here we are 2 weeks later and things finally came to a boiling point. There has been no progress over the past 15 days, if anything it has gotten worse. The dog started waking us up at 6:15 today making 7:15 look like a godsend.

I went downstairs to s*** and shave and I saw the neighbor go out on the deck, go back in the house while keeping the dogs outside, come back out with a paper bag to clean the s*** off of the deck, then go back inside while making sure to keep the barking dog outside. A couple of minutes later he finally let the dogs in. After less than 10 minutes he had the dogs back out and was sitting by the sliding glass door trying to quiet the dogs. At this point I had finally had enough so I went outside and told him that his dog had been waking my family up every day and told him it was too early. I said 8:00 a.m. was all I was asking for. He could tell I was pissed and he let the dogs in immediately and said he was sorry.

It's 10:00 a.m. now and my wife said the dogs haven't been outside since. We'll see what tomorrow morning brings. If the dog is out there I will be calling the police. Every day if I have to.
I am a patient boy.
I wait, I wait, I wait, I wait.
My time is water down a drain.
