If the Jets had a QB, they would be dangerous.

Is it just me or is Brady ducking away from pressure in the pocket that isn't there? He seems really nervous in their.

Jim Nantz and Phil Simms sure know how to make this feel like a pre-season game.
Re: NFL Season 2010
Well the moron just saw the injury to the Jet player that stopped the clock as a good thing for the Jets.JRod wrote:Jim Nantz and Phil Simms sure know how to make this feel like a pre-season game.
Jim Nantz....Go play in traffic.

JETS! YES!
but is this their SB, how will get up for PITT?
Nance such a pompus F'r. He mentions the Masters after the Pats are done and then WISHES that last onsides kick the Pats got, when everyone can clearly see the Jets got it.

Re: NFL Season 2010
Guess the Patriots could have used Moss after all.
Brady just didn't seem in sync with his WRs -- a couple of times they broke in when he threw out or vice versa. Moss would have given those smurf WRs more room to operate underneath. Meanwhile, Hernandez and Gronkowski were suppose to be matchup problems for any team. But all year, the defense was hardly championship calibre.
But it's great that they lost. Of course, they got a ton of picks so they can reload in a lot of areas.

Re: NFL Season 2010
Sure looked like Rex and his coaching staff had, in fact, seen something on film. I think the Pats get too full of themselves and buy-in to their own hype. Thanks for ousting them Big Rex!

The Jets won cause the patriots cut Moss.
I just read it on the internet.
Re: NFL Season 2010
I have to say, I didn't think the Jets would win this one. I really thought the Pats would use all the nonsense this week and beat the Jets.
Jets played a good defensive game and you have to give credit to the coach. The guy is showing he's more than a bumbling idiot. He may be loud and abrasive but it seems strategic and he has the team and fans behind him. You don't get that feeling with the other New Jersey(ha) team.
Got to hand it to Sanchez. I think this is the game Pittsburgh wants though.

Re: NFL Season 2010
I really have no idea who is going to win the Superbowl now. I can see any of these 4 teams doing it, but if the Jets win I may have to stop watching sports news for about 2 months.

Re: NFL Season 2010
I would say Pittsburgh and Green Bay are more likely, though it's tougher for a WC team playing that extra game.

Feeling really good about this pre playoff pic even if neither of these teams sports a gutless d*****bag like randy moss on the roster

Re: NFL Season 2010
The Ravens must feel even worse now, especially their stone handed receivers. They could have been hosting the AFC Championship game.
Re: NFL Season 2010
What a win by the Jets. That was a really tremendous performance by their defense, and a rare brain cramp by Darth Hoody by calling for that fake punt.
As for the Bears, it was good to see them dominate the Seahawks like that. They were in complete control of that game from their opening possession. I love the matchup with Green Bay.
