F1 cars in 2013 will have a small front wing, just like the Williams from 1980

Wow -- more F1 technical regulation changes! Man, that hasn't happened since ... 12 months ago!

Seriously, I'm sick and tired of the constant technical tweaks to "spice" the F1 show. The FIA Technical Working Group is one of the greatest oxymorons in motorsport, as its "work" has done nothing to improve the show.

Create a framework of rules with subject for interpretation and let the boffins at each team develop cars that will race properly. That's the only solution.

Awesome to see work has started in Austin. It should be a great venue, and it's nice to see a race back in the US, on a proper course to boot.

Here is a video of the beginning of construction. Not much to see.

Making what might well be my final stop at Racing 2010, what with how it's now 1.40 am on 1st January 2011 here, I thought I'd let you know that I've carried out a little warm up as part of the ongoing Kelly/Simpson effort to give Dave all of his racing reading ourselves.

Last year I put together a top 10 list for the 2009 F1 season that you all broadly agreed with, save for a couple of detail changes. This year I'm sure I haven't, having left out several drivers that could easily have scraped in had I compiled my list yesterday. I felt that, particularly when compared to last year, a lot of drivers had particularly strong years - should you be interested, you can see the 10 I went for and leave a comment telling me which 10 I should have gone for by visiting the usual place.
