Yeah...he's always been a class act...good for the Steeler organization. I'd rather have a crappy QB (see Chad Henne) than a piece of sh*t like tiny Ben. At least I can root for my team without worrying about going to hell.
Over anybody? Eeesh...your "real" football opinions are about as sound as your video game ones. If Manning, Brees, Rivers, Brady, etc. had the teams around them that Ben has had...especially on the defensive side, I'd take all of them in a heartbeat. Even if we subtract the obvious off the field decision making issues.

I'd take # 7 over Manning and the other guys you named, just like I'd take Bradshaw over Marino -- who I always thought was way overrated. 6 Super Bowls says I can't be too wrong with my choice.
Some guys are winners. Others aren't. Jim Kelly should've won at least 1 Super Bowl. Same with Marino. They didn't. There's a difference between being a good regular season QB and being a big game QB. Guys like Ben, Bradshaw, Brady, Aikman, Manning and Montana were both.
Marino and Kelly never would've made that play Roethlisberger made to avoid a sack at the end of the game yesterday, that's for sure.

Jeebus criminy. That's the same reasoning behind the people that gave fat Bartolo Colon a Cy Young over Johan Santana. "He's a winner."
Ben must be a great big game QB, after all, he was 9 for 21 for 123 yards and a 22.6 rating against the Seahawks in 2005. What a winner!

Yeah but he was hot during the playoffs that year, which helped them with one or two road playoff wins.
When their defense is dominant and the ground game is going, he's not asked to do much. But last year, he aired it out more and had a number of big statistical games.
They have big-play capability as well as a very good running game so they could put teams away by 20-30 points consistently but they're scraping by, as in the game with Buffalo.
A lot of the big pass plays though often come from scrambling and keeping plays alive (sort of like Vick). That's not consistent approach so he won't put up numbers like Manning or Brady, year after year.
Maybe, but they're pretty good about getting rid of the ball quick. They seem to be better at timing routes. Of course, that might not necessarily mean a lot more yards or points but probably fewer sacks.
Ben likes to try to keep plays alive -- good pocket presence and he's not that easy to bring down. He likes to pump fake several times in one play if he can, so that he gets safeties out of position and find wide open men. He hits on big plays this way but he also probably takes sacks by not getting rid of the ball early enough.
I must admit Ben escaping that sack last night was almost as impressive as him escaping criminal charges. Maybe if he could move in the bed room like he moves in the pocket he wouldn't have to sexually assault women.

He really raped them that day.
Bravo, Sir. Bravo!
