Vinny, it's hard to describe the difference between the broadcast cam and the old cam, but it's not the real time presentation -- it's the angle the camera cuts to when the ball is hit.

If you look at the above videos, the 1st 3 all use the new broadcast cam, and the 4th one (between the Cards and Royals) is using the old cam from past years.

GTHobbes: thank you brother. Will check the footage you linked. The sun is interfering with the pc screen at the moment

Wow, thanks for the link.

Minnesota's new ballpark looks great. As a Tribe fan I'm excited I won't have to watch 9 games in that hideous dome anymore, Twins' fans must be ecstatic.

Yes. I don't know the exact number of games and I sold my previous copy, so I cannot check. It was something like 40, 80, and 162 game seasons.

It is an astonishingly good game. I've always said no one game is worth the price of a new console, but The Show comes closer than any other title I've ever seen.

It's really impressive to see how these guys at SCEA have brought this game along since taking a year off back on the ps2, five years or so ago. They have not had a single misstep, or added a single gimmick, but instead have had almost flawless direction for the series. I'm really thankful.

You can control injuries any way you want. This was taken off of Knights post on OS:
Okay...so you're one month into the season and you just saw on MLB Network that Ryan Howard, Chase Utley, Roy Halladay and Cole Hamels were in a horrific car crash and ...ummm...well Chase Utley is out for 2 months with a torn rotator cuff. You're just about to play the Phillies in a series in The Show..and you're bummed you'll see him at second in that game. Not to worry...the new DL system will allow you to go into the Phillies roster and give all of them season endi.....I mean give Chase Utley a rotator cuff injury and set the length for 60 days.
It's great....you can choose the type of injury(anything from Family Matter to Torn MCL)...and each injury will give you a varying(you can change them) amount of injury time(for instance the family matter is 2-5 days)....the torn MCL may be 180 to 270 days.
You set it up....save your franchise and go back to MLB Network....BREAKING NEWS!....the injury wasn't to Chase Utley...but was to Charles Nutley...the Phillies top prospect and was incorrectly reported! Crap...what do you do now?...you just destroyed your franchise..right? Wrong. You can simply go back to the DL screen and remove his injury...healed. AWESOME!
Turn em off..let the computer randomly handle them,or take control of all 30 teams and handle as they occur in real life.

but I don't want to deal with giving players injuries...I saw that post on OS...Do they have default injuries in the game that happen randomly?

If you pre-order the game at selected retailers, they give you a code that unlocks some older stadiums like Shibe Park, Forbes Field, Polo Grounds, Crosley Field, Sportsman’s Park, and Griffith Stadium.

Yes...I believe the last sentence in my previous post said that.
The stadiums will be also available for download later...but you would have to pay for them. Looks like a pre order for me.

I pre-ordered the game from Gamestop but didn't see this offer. It is there now so I am hoping I get the stadium codes. I might cancel my pre-order and re-order to make sure I get them :)

Yeah, like you I'll be placing my preorder but I don't know which store honors the code yet. The older stadiums will be in the game and you could unlock them once you reach the platinum level on your trophies.

What's up with the shine on players? It looks a lot like MLB 2k effects with so much shine or light reflection on the players.
