Ugh, I just read that not only do you have to replay each song to get it sorted by stars, (no biggie for me, IMO) you also have to BEAT your top score in order to get the stars to register in the sort. :(

That...is not good. :(

Thanks for the heads up, I am all over the Satriani.

Has anyone tried the new Microsoft Wireless Microphone with Rockband 2?
It says it supports all the current games, but I have read about issues. It is also currently on sale at Fry's for $39.99

Also, anyone tried the Mad Catz Rock Band Portable Drum Kit for 360?

Web we simply have to find a time when we can grab a third person and do the full B side medley together. I may even be able to try it on expert. Maybe. At least on Bass.

Don I'm pretty sure the recent RB2 patch made the wireless mic work. I've tried it a couple times and if seemed to work fine. It definitely works with the Beatles.

What instrument do you need for the third? I want IN! Seriously...I'll find time for that. Let me know...

Well I know Web prefers the drums at this stage, so I can do bass or guitar. When we played online before, Adam 'Simo' and I traded songs (trans-atlantic style, this crazy interweb thing) between bass and guitar while Web banged away on the ol' skins. With the medley, well, who says you only have to do it once? It's only 17 or so minutes long.

Drums are my favorite, yes, but I'm somewhat limited in the times I can break them out and play them. Weekend days or early evenings are best. I'll play anything, though, and would love to tear through the Abbey Road medley with friends!

Well, me too, so, you know . . . we can switch it around.

The difficult part is finding a time when we can all get together online. If it were already out, I would say Monday would be a great time, but it won't be available yet. That said, new to the whole RB thing as I am, and with no one in the house to share it with :( I am always up for online band stuff, either with RB2 or Beatles.

I've never played online before (sort of new to this as well)... can you hear the vocalist singing when playing together?

$9.99 fee to transfer songs into other Rock Band titles, but CODE NEEDED from inside the case apparently. I was really hoping to just Gamefly this and import the tracks. Blech.

Agree, but there's quite a few songs on here my son and daughter will love singing.

Disappointing but expected. I assume it's a 'one-time use only' code?

Almost certainly a one-time thing.

Maybe these tracks'll show up as DLC. There are only like five listed that I'm really interested in anyhow.

That setlist sucks. I'm probably going to spend the money on other DLC.

There's about a dozen songs I like on that list, will probably wait for a sale or price drop.
