I'm not sure about this website stance on posting links and encouraging people to view a site. I would really appreciate it if people looked at my mock draft site. Comments are definitely appreciated. Don't forget to check the sections on the side.
Thank you and tell your friends if you could.
This is probably going to get deleted isn't it??? Please don't, I don't know how else to get the word out and I'd like for people to be able to view my site.

Pretty good mock draft. I really would love for the Bears to land Wilfolk at DT -- ironically enough, I think I once drafted him in Madden 2002 and he wound up having a good (virtual) career.
The heat is on the Chargers. They have a chance to take a Manning again, but Fitzgerald is such a hard player to pass up. I don't envy them.

The Chargers want to trade down;they like Rivers.NYG wants Manning.Washington wants Gallery;if a trade-up isn't happening it's a decision between Taylor and Winslow. They won't take a DL at 5.Do not be surprised if Fitzgerald is not the first WR taken. With 4.6 speed he is a reach in the top5.Winslow and all 3 Williams are faster.I have had Sean Taylor at the top of my "board"all along, with Gallery 2nd,and then the 2 QB's followed by Winslow.I am willing to bet the majority of NFL teams agree.
I decided not to include any trades, but maybe I'll do an even more up to date mock draft closer to draft time. I figured the trades would throw everything else off and would likely be wrong.
In some of the situations, there may be a trade and my pick could still be right. Like if the Chargers trade down with the Giants. The Giants would take Manning at #1. Or if the Raiders and Jags traded, Fitz and Williams would probably still go in those spots. If the Skins or Browns trade up for Robert Gallery, then i'll be screwed.
I'm a Skins fan and I really think they're going to draft DLine, and I'm almost positive theyre going to make a trade. But I decided not to include trades, so I just had them stay pick and take a Dlineman. I wouldn't rule out Harris going to the Skins at #5 but I realize its not too likely.

I would agree that Taylor and Gallery are probably the two best players, but anyone that takes any other WR over Fitzgerald should not be a general manager. Fitzgerald is about as solid a prospect as you can get at that position.koebner69 wrote:The Chargers want to trade down;they like Rivers.NYG wants Manning.Washington wants Gallery;if a trade-up isn't happening it's a decision between Taylor and Winslow.
I think Rivers's arm motion is going to be a problem. Not a big one, but it almost takes a couple inches off his height. I think he's going to get a lot of balls batted on three-step drops. But he's a hell of a competitor. I think Manning is the best choice but it's a toss up between Rivers and Rothesberger.

David Carr had a funky release, too.Rivers has all the intangibles-so much so,he may slip ahead of Rothlisberger, who will be a great pro.The Skins really like the two Miami kids.winslow's choice of agent may give them pause.Winslow, attitude aside, will be more dominant than any of the receivers.Roy Williams may be the most polished of the bunch.I think it is a tough call among the wideouts.Fitzgerald is good but Sean Taylor shut him down big time last year(costing him Heisman?).Fitzgerald gets a break because of the type kid he is.If he had a cocky demeanor or a worse attitude his stock would be mid-first round at best.He is very raw in my book.
A 2nd round has been added as well as editions to other sections of the site.
