I was playing around with this yesterday. Google still kicks its butt IMO.

One cool thing is in the Video search. If you place your mouse over a thumbnail the video starts to play.

I like Bing and been using it the last few days. I also like IE8 as it's replaced Firefox 3 on my Vista laptop.

That is a cool, useful feature. Otherwise, Google crushes it.

Google will not be dethroned by Bing. It does not offer consumers anything that Google search cannot provide. Real time search is something that might challenge Google in the future though.
