At least I didn't mess up the first race for anyone. It was pretty wild racing with John. Our relative speeds were crazy on some of those turns

Thanks, Terry. That was good fun. Next time we need to run the Whelens on a bullring.

What do you cats think of adding a few AI cars? Yeah, it increases the chances of more cautions, but it did get a bit lonely out there tonight when the field strung out. Will AI cars hurt our connections?

Smurf, you were just fine at Lowe's, man. And your final restart at Phoenix in the Whelen mods was fine. They're tricky beasts on a tricky track at Phoenix.

I really loved both races last night. Had a lot of fun in the COT's at Lowes, as it satisfied that "edge of the seat, haul ass" desire. The Whelens were definitely a little stickier, yet somehow at Phoenix it was VERY tough to get into both 1 and 3 without losing the back end if I wanted to be turning 28.9's or 29.1's.

I'm still flabbergasted as to how I have made so many pit road mistakes during this revival. I used to pride myself on being solid in the pits, but now it's like I throw a party if I make it through a pit stop without a penalty. I've missed my stall entirely, missed pit road entrance, parked it too close to the wall and only changed right sides (blew my lefts on the last lap, lost the race), sped on pit road, passed a pace car on entry...it's a laundry list of f*ck ups on pit road.

It's more apparent now than ever to me. If you screw up on pit road, you WILL lose the race, sometimes by more than 1 Lap. I just wish they had green/white/checker rules in effect.

I KNOW I'd have gotten you on a restart, pk!

Without question. I was running really consistent, quick laps over the final stint, but your quick laps were probably two- or three-tenths better than mine.

Ironic about your pit problems with the revival: Pit stops ALWAYS were my albatross during our first go-round with this incredible game, but I'm just nailing them -- including solid in and out laps -- in this revival. Don't pinch me: I want this dream to continue.
