Since the patch, I'm seeing all kinds of sacks.

Barely beat Iowa St., 31-24 and I'm telling all of you this is the BEST football game EVER. I love it... I rank a game on how much fun it is out the box and I'd have to say, NCAA delivers.. oh does it deliver!

How's the CPU's running game? I've read it's still lacking.

Just as I open my mouth, Iowa St. rushes for 152 on me.. but overall, yes it's lacking.. although I haven't really messed with sliders yet.

I may get the game when it goes barging bin. I'm still playing NCAA 06 and NCAA 07 on the PS2. One thing that has felt lacking in EA's next-gen college game is the lack of crowd noise.

It's just the opposite on the PS2 game where the game is just plain LOUD and resembles a college game day atmosphere.

OU kicked my ass by the tune of 44-3.. wow...

This game is my favorite console sports game of all time, I'm REALLY loving it.

Now we play in the Cotton Bowl against Auburn who is 9-3 on the year. Can Chase Daniels go out on a winning note? I hope so...

We beat Auburn in the Cotton Bowl, 44-17 and Chase goes out on a winning note!

I spent as much time as I could convincing Maclin to stay and he told me he wanted to get a degree! YESSSS!!!!!

We'll see what we can do next year with Gabbert at the helm.

I really love this game!

Mizzou, What sliders are you using? It may be posted in here but I didnt look before starting the post LOL.

Mu uncle and myself are doing an online dynasty with SEC teams and I am looking for slider options. I have been using some Varsity sliders that play well IMO but my uncle says they are too hard and give the cpu too much everything LOL. So just curious. Maybe we will restart and you can join in or be commish?

I have had some frustration regarding defense with this game. Giving up big plays, bad positioning. It just seemed that whatever defense I would call, the CPU would call the right offensive play and I couldn't make a stop.

So two games ago I started letting Corso call my defense and it has really helped me. It doesn't feel like I am cheating as the CPU still has a lot of success but the plays feel more legit, if you will. It has really upped the fun of playing defense as I am not beating my head against the wall. I do still call the offensive plays.

I know many may think this is weak, but it has made the game more enjoyable for me.

I have no interest in playing defense, so I just use Super Sim and the results have been pretty realistic, although there seem to be a few too many big plays by the CPU. Now games don't take nearly as long either, I'm really enjoying playing through a dynasty this way.

Well.. Gabbert couldn't get us going, but RS Junior Dominic Grooms came in and passed for 3 TD's and our defense seems improved as we beat Illinios 34-0 to start the season!

Had something happen in a game last night for the first time. Score was tied with 30 seconds left and I got over midfield to about the 35. With 3 seconds left I bring out the field goal unit. Navy takes a timeout to "ice" my kicker. BTW, I was ND at Navy

After the timeout, the view is different, down lower than usual. This made it harder to aim the kick. Also, the kicking meter had ice all over it making that harder to see. Once I kicked it, it went into slow motion as the kick ended short. Being a 52 yarder, I didn't expect to make it, but with the "icing" it did make it more difficult.

Yeah, that's a feature they added this year. When it first happened to me, I was like WTF!?!, but it really adds to the suspense, especially at the end of the game. I think you get achievement points for pulling it off too.

I stopped playing WoW long enough to get back to my latest NCAA dynasty. My SMU dynasty. I had played with super teams and average teams. I figured it was time to play a bottom rung team to the top.

Highlights are from Year 2 game 3. Level is AA with 7 min qtrs. Unranked SMU vs #4 Az St.

First play was a 3rd and 10 completion for 49 yds and put the Mustangs up 24-0 at the start of the 3rd qtr.

The second play came at the start of the 4th with the score 24-3 and the Sun Devils driving.
