Please give her respect. That's all I ask. We've gotten far in this country, let's not go back to just judging a women on her looks/breast size instead of her brain.

I do. I want to see if Joe squeezes her ass during their post-debate greetings and pleasantries on stage. :)

Take care,

See, this is what I am talking about. Ok, I got to give credit to McCain for going away from the Traditional Republican pick and picking a woman. But these sexist comments have got to stop! When will we start to treat women with respect. She's a governor and soon to be VP nominee but most of you guys still describe her like some street whore. Shame on you! Especially you PK, you should know better.
The above is posted by the guy who once put a picture of himself sticking out his tongue next to a porn image on TV at the SR Forum ... :)

Of course I respect her. She's a mother of five, a governor, a person who enjoys hunting, fishing and snowmobiles and a hockey mom. I find that very cool.

But she's also very hot, especially for a political candidate. And if you can't have a little fun with that, you're ass is so tight that you could put a lump of coal up and in two weeks have a diamond, with all credits to Ferris Bueller's assessment of his best friend, Cameron.

Take care,
PK

Are you trying to say that there aren't female followers of Obama who don't think he's hot? The second coming of Camelot?

One thing I noticed about Palin during her speech that might offend the far right wing: She didn't appear to be wearing any wedding or engagement ring on her finger.

Now, we all know she's a happily married mother of five. Hell, her husband and kids were on stage with her. But to the far-right values/morality police, not wearing that wedding band is a disgrace right up there with not wearing the flag lapel pin!

Maybe she was salmon fishing or tuning her sled last night and forgot to put her rings back on ... :)

Seriously ... hockey mom, member of state high school champion basketball team, angler, rides snowmobiles. I'm struggling to find something I don't like personally about this chick.

Take care,
PK

What part of your statement was fact other than cuting taxes and letting the deficit rise? Other than that, the rest is just opinionated ranting. Bush WON by the rules we have in place. Deal with it already.
It's a fact that Bush got less votes than Gore, not an opinion. Bush said the reason for going to war with Iraq was WMDs but there weren't any there, and it's subsequently been shown that the pre-war intelligence was cherry picked in order to justify the invasion.

Are you really going to take offense at me calling Bush a hard right, neocon? I thought you (and him) would take that as a compliment.
Namcalling. Nice. What's funny is that I'm not hard right necon, despite your wild assumptions. Just because I don't jump along with every bashing of Bush does not make me his biggest fan.

What part of "his mandate" is fact? You think Bush made up the election rules in order to win? Wait, you probably do believe that.

"...has been correctly criticized for being presumptuous..." is an opinion, not fact.

"waging war on false pretenses" may be popular opinion, but it is still an opinion, not a fact. We all heard the original reasons given for going into Iraq, but to blam ehte whole thing on Bush is garbage. Cogress (include the likes of Biden) signed off on it. I think the intelligence was wrong, but I also don't think Bush just decided to go in anyways. Please provide a link to proof that the intelligence was cherry picked in order to justify an invasion. In the end we are doing good over there, which our troops should be applauded for.

God help me, I just agreed with the she-animal known as Bay Buchanan. She pointed out that the feminist establishment is going to fall all over itself to explain why this pick is actually not good for women. She's right and that will be an entertaining spectacle.

Much like unions, feminists long ago gave up on actually acting in the best interest of the group that they putatively represent in favor of tossing their lot in with the Left irrespective of the merits of a particular candidate or issue. Evangelicals have done the same thing on the Right.

I told my wife almost a year ago that she would be a great national candidate. She was on a series of shows with Janet Napolitano, and was very impressive. The two of them had a good bipartisian working relationship as well, which is always admirable and impressive to me.

I saw two of those shows. Biden would be making a huge mistake to underestimate her in the debates.

Blinking or checking out the ass? You decide.

I am a little disturbed though that a candidate as old as McCain would pick someone so young and grossly unprepared to step in as President, should McCain's health deteriorate.

Well maybe he figured that given the money that Obama raises, gross unpreparedness is an asset? BO is still the least prepared of the 4, and he's at the top of his ticket.

Oh, and I'm going to go with choice B. You can take the aviator out of the Navy, but you can't take the Navy out of the aviator. :)

Too bad political avatars are not allowed at OS anymore. That's avatar material right there.

Oh and on that McCain pic, he's definitely checking out the booty :)

Here you go:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/co ... 02418.html

And since you are taking nit-picking to farcical levels, the definition of proof is:

"The evidence or argument that compels the mind to accept an assertion as true."
