Go into your profile in easw, and there is a selection box that enables you to link it to the 360

The care I have is a first try so I will go ahead now and create some more.

I was pretty impressed with the demo, so most likely I'll be picking this up in the next couple of weeks. I'll certainly be snagging some of your paintjobs! Now who wants to do up a nice Navy car for me? :D

There are still some hiccups in that system. Go to the message boards at easw and tell 'em about it. There's usually a guy or two there from EA that'll help.

Is this game like the Nascar games of the past where you can easily pass? I hate in the previous versions it's almost like your top speed is 200mph and the AI is limited to 175... You can blow by 5-10 cars per lap which is outrageous.... Is this game a challenge or is it just a fun pick up and play title?

I think the default settings are too easy, but with some adjustments and pit stop house rules it can be plenty challenging.

1. Not from what I have seen in several hours of play...

2. It has been nothing short of challenging for me personally and I am really surprised that I am enjoying this as it was definitely NOT on my gaming radar...

Hehe, touche'! I have been known to play alot of Hockey in the past as well as a bit of Crysis and HalfLife 2 from time to time. NASCAR 09 took me by surprise and I liked it enough to go out and buy the MS Wireless Wheel for it....

I picked up the full version today and after playing for a few hours I'm 100% stoked that I did. I'm by no means a huge NASCAR fanatic so I can't comment on any of the finer nuances of racing stock cars but I can say that the racing engine ('scuse the pun) is very satisfying and enjoyable. It doesn't have the same sense of speed that GRID does but the graphics are much better than in '08 and the gameplay is much less twitchy. The options seem to let me tweak just about everything I'd ever want to. The AI feels solid for the most part although I'm finding it pretty easy to lose them on the straights and difficult to break away on the corners. Seems like every time I go into a turn I start to lose ground so I need to figure that out.

I guess you HAVE to complete all the Sprint Driver Challenge's (SDC) if you hope to have a chance online. The boosts that winning those events give to your car carries over into the online realm. Not sure why they decided to do that as it wasn't obvious at first why other cars were so much faster than me. Luckily SDC is fun to play though and seems to be going by pretty fast (77 events overall and I've already completed 27 in a just over an hour).

Photo booth is just plain cool :D I downloaded Teal's design no problem and it looks fantastic. I'll be posting some pics of my stuff soon but no way it'll be that good:)

Boogity boogity boogity, let's go racing boys!

I tried to go online but just sat there since nobody was starting any races.

I hpe EA fixes this issue w/ the paint booth, I am dying to put up my car. I think a lot of you will like the design.

When I get annoyed about the lack of accidents I find myself thinking...man, I have only seen 1 crash in my last 4 races and 2 in my last 10. Then I say to myself, "Holy sh*t I've already finished (and enjoyed) 10 races! What a difference from last year!"

I'm impressed enough with the game engine that the other problems are bothering me less each day. Oh well, gives me a reason to buy next year's new and improved version too :D

What is the deal with the online racing? Why is it that some guys are soooo much faster than other racers? Initially I was told that I needed to spend my performance points on a particular track style but it didn't help. Does tuning you car really add 10-20 and even 30 extra mph? I thought stock cars were all supposed to be similarly tuned according to the rules.

I'm such a NASCAR newb its sad:)
