class action suit against EA

anyone see this? I just laughed it off as a guy that just can't let go of nfl2k5 but it is america after all.

As stated in the suit EA jacked the price 70% after they bought the license BUT they only dropped the price of madden a few months after release because 2k5 was $19.99 and selling mad, otherwise they didnt jack up anything but rather went back to normal EA pricing, what a silly lawsuit. Big bank takes little bank, anything goes.
