Any deals on MLB anywhere?

I'm just about to the point of running out at lunch or after work and picking up MLB. After the first few days it seems to be holding up pretty well. With 989 on the box I wasn't certain there wouldn't be just as many "whoops" items like MVP has seen.

I know it's $40, but is anyone like Best Buy having a $10 gift card deal with this? Along with football and motorcycle racing, baseball is one of my "need" sports for videogames.

I picked it up at Coconuts on Wed for $36.99 less a $10 mail in rebate!
