I've been playing 08 since last year and I'll be picking up 09 as well once I get my season finished in 08.
Not near as deep as ootp, and I love that. Interface is my favorite of any text sim.

Only thing about Mogul is the really ridiculous trades thrown around. If that got fixed, I may consider, especially since I'm not sure of a reason now to upgrade to OOTP 9.
