So I guess all her (and my) worrying were for nothing. Chalk one up for the good guys! I am guessing the other women's insurance company realized her case was full of holes and threw in the towel. It just sucks that people can be so scummy. This woman was so nice to my wife when the accident happened...she came over, asked if she was OK and admited fault and then did a 180 and told the cop my wife was lying and fabricated a story to the cop. This caused my wife great distress (she's very emotional) for a few days and after a very tough week, almost put her over the edge. People just flat out suck sometimes.
