MLB2k8 doesn't come out until next year, otherwise I had a lot of fun with MLB2k7 until franchise mode kept locking up on me, still have yet to give Power Pros a try.
I have to vote for 'MLB 2k7' for 360, as it was a pretty good game and held my interest for a long time. While I heard that 'The Show' was great, I couldn't fathom buying a second baseball title in a calendar year (learned my lesson with the Madden/2k battles of old). Plus, the graphics for 'The Show' hurt my eyes.
Now, with a prettier version and full dev cycle on PS3, I'm going to be torn this spring. I guess I'll finally see if 'The Show' is all it's cracked up to be.
Guys you gotta throw it down for MLB 2K7!!! The PS3 version of The Show doesn't deserve to be put ahead of 2Ks game this year as it was barely more than a redressing of the previous iterations and visually wasn't close to 2K7 (360 version of 2K7 compared to Show on the PS3). Next year may be different but 2K7 has to get the vote for 2007 baseball game of the year.

Don't take this the wrong way, but you're high.
High on 2K7 The Show plays a better overall game of baseball but I'm tired of SCEA rolling the same thing out over and over again. Yeah it's great but you have to innovate and keep things moving if you want to stay on top. 2K7 did that in terms of presentation and graphics but still lagged behind in terms of a realistic representation of the game. That being said I thought 2K7 played a more fun game of baseball in which I actually felt like my ability to see pitches while batting and locate my pitches while on the mound was more exciting in 2K7. Seriously all SCEA did for the PS3 was throw some high rez graphics over the PS2 game which is just too half a$$ for me. This year looks to be different and I think MLB 2K7s effort is a big influence on that as SCEA needs to step it up a bit.
