Hijacking video from sites like youtube?

Is there anything that will let me hijack video from sites like youtube or google video? I know there is an audio hijack but what about video? Any help is appreciated. I prefer something for a mac.

If you use Perian as your video codecs for the Mac, you can simply look in the activity section of your safari browser when you are watching a youtube or any flash video and download it to your computer by copying the link (it will be the largest of the listings in "activity"). Then you can simply play it in Quicktime (or VLC if you use it)
