I am thinking about an 8-12 team league...How many game season? 24 sound good? 4 team playoffs?

Give me some opinions on the options we have...

I think around 24 games sounds fine as long as we can be sure people commit to keeping the game and playing out the string (i include myself in this commitment). What if we went with:

- Three 4 team divisions.
- Play everyone in our division 5 times (15) and all out of division opponents once (8 ) for 23 games. Five times in division will take care of tie-breaker issues.
- Three division winners get in with one wild card team.

Just a starting off point here.

I would give my first born child to join your league. Whatever format everyone else wants is OK with me as long as we keep things open for rule changes later once we all get more familiar with game. No expolits!

Oh I I'd take the Padres with the Giles bros and ALL-TIME SAVES LEADER Trevor Hoffman.

Do you know if you can reset a user contolled team to a computer controlled team once the league has already started?

I want to run it through 2k Sports site so we don't have to keep stats or anything!!

Has anyone had success with them before?

No biggie I can boot people if need be. I took San Diego and Vader took Pitt...I can change if someone wants San Diego

5 innings is too short. 6 or 7 should be fine.
