The defense was out there way too much. You got to give them credit to just give up those fg's and keep the game close. But 3 and outs and int's for tds will kill you.
Hester's return was great, but i got this werid OSU/Florida feel after it.

Oh I agree on that....The D did wear out the way the Pats D did a couple of weeks ago....I just cant blame Rex for this. Thogh yes he looked like an idiot.
I don't know who is the better coach. Dungy, for the complete transformation of the Colts' defense in the postseason, or Smith, for winning 15 games this season with Rex Grossman at QB.
It's a toss-up. Both coaches are damn good.

Not exactly game-related, but these were the WORST group of Super Bowl commercials I can ever remember. They flat-out sucked, from start to finish. The only one that made me even chuckle was the "clean-up needed at checkout 6" Doritos commercial with the fat checkout chick.
And Prince ripped it up pretty good at halftime. The man can f*cking play.

Well if the Bears had played the Charges, Bears would have won, I know it for sure. Chargers would have commited about 4 personal fouls, couple of easy turnovers, and probably would have intercepted rex, got the ball stripped, and had berrian run it back for the game winning td.
Congrats to the Colts. They just outplayed the Bears on both sides of the ball. Outside of Thomas Jones and Hester, the Bears did nothing. Manning did a great job shaking off that early interception. Dungy and his staff called a great game. They deserved to win.
But of course they won't give the MVP to an O-lineman, so Manning gets it since Addai was the best RB on passes but Rhodes was the best RB on running plays.
I was rooting for the Bears, but I can't really get upset that the Colts won tonight. Going into the playoff game last year against the Colts, I thought if you are going to lose to anyone, it might as well be them. They don't talk trash and have a coach that seems to be a genuinely nice guy, so congratulations to them.
I was happy to see Bob Sanders (from Iowa!) play well yet again tonight. He basically saved the Colts season against the Pats with that 3rd down pass breakup late in the game, and then played well again tonight with a huge hit to force a fumble, and then pick late to help seal it. I think the Colts were undefeated in games he played in this year, and I'm happy to see him getting the publicity he deserves.
On a related note, Siam you can add Penn State and Pitt to your list of losers tonight, as Sanders is from Erie, PA and wasn't even recruited by either school.
