I know the chances of anyone selling this are slim, but I'm looking for MVP Baseball 2005 for the PC. Anyone?

Just PM me.

Holy cow! That game is going for a bunch on Ebay. I had no idea it was difficult to find for the PC.

$51 with an hour to go! Holy shi*t -- that's extortion for such a recent game. It's like NASCAR Racing 2003 Season going for $100 or more.

When prices are that ridiculously high, "alternative methods" are, well, an alternative. ;)

Take care,
PK

Yes, it seems like any game in the last year of its licensing becomes impossible to get particularly if there is no alternative on the PC like for F1, NASCAR, and MLB. It's sad how all of these franchises have disappeared for PC gamers.

With what the modding community has done for that game, it's somewhat understandable. I'm going to see if I can find a used copy at my local Gamestop and EB Games tomorrow.

While I'm trying to avoid going that route, I may have no choice.

I'm considering selling mine. It's a slim PS2, 2 controllers, 2 memory cards. I have a few games with it (SSX, Hot Shots Golf 2, GTA 3).

I haven't researched going prices, and am still not 100% committed to selling, but am willing to listen to offers.

My kids managed to crack my NHL 07 disk for the 360, and I'm not quite done with playing that game yet.

Anyone have one they'd be willing to trade or sell?

I figured you would just go ahead and get the PS3 before getting PS2 #4.

Nope...I have zero desire for the PS3. I don't even use my 360 that often...what would I need another 600 dollar system for.

I've got an HDDVD player and a PS2. And it's clearly not "free" when it costs 600 bucks.

Well when everyone insists how expensive it is for what you get it cheap at half the price.

A blue ray player alone costs more and a ps2 ,controller and a memory card takes it even higher still.

I Think its a bargain, but i guess if Blu-ray isnt the medium for the future ill feel ripped of a little more then.
For now i think its a great deal.

edit
and didnt you just buy another ps2 , for how much?

130 bucks. Still cheaper than 600...and I think HDDVD will win the next gen DVD wars. But that's just me.

Yeah...plus all of the accessories. I already had PS2 stuff (memory cards, action replay, controllers)...so the saving is significant. And that's only if you buy the base model PS3...which I wouldn't.

anyone want to sell their PSP? I would also be willing
to trade my like-new PS2 slim for a PSP and kick in some
extra cash or games.
