Man City Embarrased On The Road, Lose 6-1 to Monaco
AS Monaco FC 6 : 1 Manchester City FC
Manchester City suffered the worst loss of their history in the DSP WE League, being drubbed 6-1 on the road at AS Monaco in a game that was never competitive. Chevanton recorded 4 goals, and he started the madness in the very first minute of the game. The score remained 1-0 when the teams headed off for the half time break, but somebody must've spiked the water in the City locker room, because the second half was a clear match of men vs. boys.
Chevanton added two PKs in the second half, and one more tally in the 80th minute to bring his league-leading total to 8 goals on the season in 4 games. Maoulida got into the act as well, with a brace of his own coming in minutes 58 and 63. Sibierski added a meaningless goal to the scoresheet when he broke loose in the 82nd minute.

SoG 22 : 15
SoT 13 : 3

Fouls 4 : 8
Offside 1 : 1

no injuries
bookings - Sorlin (MON): yellow

Second-Half Schedule Released
OK Folks:
The second-half schedule of Season Seven has been posted at the SGN site, and the deadline for the completion of Season Seven is Sunday, Jan. 28.
Please try to get your games completed by then. Extensions will be liberally granted, but the 360 game should arrive in stores on the 6th or 7th of February, so I'm sure we don't want to be lingering too long with this season.
Also, the DSP WE League Cup continues forward with the 2nd Round Draw:
Remember that the home team is listed first. Also, make sure to set game settings for Cup games exactly the same as for League games, but have Extra Time set to 'Full' and PKs set to 'On,' or 'Yes.'
Don't forget, 'season' setting is still 'winter' for this Seventh Season and the Cup. Weather should be random. Make sure to peruse the first post of the thread for the game settings.
Good luck, and play fair!
PS Squid: where are you?

Cup Game:
SS Lazio 0 : 3 Manchester City FC
Interdivisional competitors Man City and Lazio resumed their rivalry yesterday, this time in the 2nd DSP WE League Cup, and City ran away with the game. The visitors scored one in the first half and two in the second to earn their first-ever berth into the Cup SemiFinals. The Cup win came between the two worst losses in the team's history, and was enough to save the controller, the TV, the copy of the game, and the console from complete destruction.
I misplaced the sheet on which I wrote down the numbers, but we aren't keeping any stats but the score. I do remember that Musampa picked up a yellow card for City.

How about 9:30 Eastern? 9:00 is just a little bit early for me probably, but a little later will work.
