OT: AT&T to offer $20 'naked' DSL service

"Within a few months, AT&T is expected to start charging $19.95 a month for 'naked' DSL, meaning you don't have to buy any other AT&T (T) service, including phone, to get that rate. It currently charges $45 for a stand-alone broadband subscription."

I realize AT&T wants to hold on the their main source of revenue for as long as possible, but it's becoming a fact of life that a home phone line is no longer necessary for many cell phone users and they don't want to pay for something they won't use.

I don't pay any extra over my current internet to get naked pictures. I can't believe AT&T is trying to charge a premium.
