Yes, sorry about that bubba... my girlfriend really wanted to talk, I wanted to get the game in, so I figured the best compromise was for me to just go communicator-less so I could chat it up freely.
Good game... you definitely started to turn the tide towards the end, but by then the hole was too big. I got very lucky with that own goal as well.

Man City Lose At Home, 3-1 To Lazio
Manchester City FC 1 - 3 ss Lazio
I never reported this one, but Lazio visited the Råsunda to take on Manchester City and defeated them easily by a score of 3-1 thanks to a brace from Muzzi. Fowler equalized in minute 27 after Muzzi's first goal, but Rocchi added a second for the Italian side in the 32nd minute. Muzzi's second goal came in minute 56, the result of a terribly poor loss of posession by the reserve right back.
Man City 1 - 3 Lazio
Lazio: Muzzi (14', 56'); Rocchi (32')
City: Fowler (27')
SoG 16 : 21
SoT 7 : 9
Corners 0 : 1
Fouls 9 : 9 (10)
Off Side 0 : 1
Poss. 54 : 46
no bookings
Reyna received a yellow injury: die roll = 5, so he misses the next game.
GG Mo, you are on a hot streak right now. It would've been interesting if I hadn't made that goof-up in the second half, but oh well. Good luck in your Championship chase, and I'll see you next season!

A tale of two games....
Game 1
Juventus 2
AC Milan 1
Shots on goal 12 - 15
shots on target 3 - 6
Penalties 0 - 0
Free Kicks 11 - 2
Corners 3 - 5
Fouls 2 - 11
Offsides 1 - 3
No Cards
Possession 33 - 66
Trezequet 11'
Del Piero 84'
Kaka 86'
The rivals from Serie A met at Delle Alpi for their first clash of the season. Trezequet got the start and made his presence felt early with a goal in the 11th minute. The first half was a back and forth affair with AC Milan getting a ton of chances. The second half was more of the same... great goalkeeping and AC Milan controlling play. But, on the counter, Juventus came flying down the left side and placed a nice ball across the goal for Del Piero to put his foot to during the 84th minute. With a two nothing lead AC Milan went back to work and struck quickly with Kaka in the 86th minute. Juventus held on for the 2-1 win.
Game 2
AC Milan 5
Juventus 2
Shots on goal 22 - 8
on Target 12 - 4
Penalties 0 - 1
Free Kicks 6 - 11
Corners 4 - 1
Fouls 12 - 6
offsides 1 - 2
Yellow = Svechenko 88'
Possession 62 - 38
Del Piero 57', 75'
Kaka 15', Gilardino 54', Svechenko 57', Zambrotta (og) 59', Rui Costa 78'
In the return match, AC Milan looked to jump out early and did just that with Kaka in the 15th minute. Del Piero tied it in the 37th and the 1-1 score held up through half. Second half started and AC Milan was again taking it to Juventus. Some spotty marking ended any and all hope for Juventus when Milan scored three goals in the span of five minutes. Gilardino 54', Svechenko 57', and an own goal by Zambrotta 59' ended any comeback attempt. Del Piero tried to make things close with his second tally in the 75' but Rui Costa 78' got it back three minutes later. This game was over before it began.
Fun games Snate. There were a lot of chances and posts hit during both games.
