Need a little help here.
I've had my 360 conntected online through a D-Link DL-524 router via wireless connection. Recently I'm having trouble connecting to people that I used to play regularly and every game I play is laggy.
I think I may have jacked up some of my settings and was hoping somebody had thorough knowledge of the advanced settings for online play with this router.
Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.

I have no experience with the Xbox Live or that router. With that said, I do trouble shoot routers on a regular basis.
Why do you think the settings are jacked up? Were you messing around with the router or settings inside the dashboard?
Have you tested your internet speed? Do you have a laptop to test the wireles throughput? The lag could stem from ISP/bandwidth issues. You can test bandwidth at dslreports.com or toast.net.

I have the same router, and have been using it since early last year. No problems at all.
Perhaps you're getting some cordless phone or baby monitor interference?

It appears that the people I cannot play online have the same router...which is this.

I'm not sure if that means anything really, but at least it's a common denominator. What I still don't get though, is that I could play these guys in the past with our current setups.
