His army of servile drones do it for him, inbetween lobbying for more WC spaces for joke teams (aka all of Asia, Oceania) and selling their tickets on the black market.
"The players come from all over the world, the money from deep underneath the Persian Gulf, but, as another, older City poster campaign put it, this is their city. They may now exist in the global spotlight, but they intend to keep it that way."
Here's my prediction: Although this game could well end up in PK's, I hope Zizou will retire with all the laurels, although it'll be tough to beat the Italian D, led by F. Cannavaro who could be the MVP of the WC.
Henry and Ribery will have to play inspired soccer to beat Spiderman (Buffon) and CO. Italy 2-1.

Italy, 1-0, in regular time.
There's no way this game suddenly will flourish with offensive genius and flair. It will be the same defensive football as most of the knockout-round games.
Take care,
PK

I am sure his family played a role in his decision, but he could have gone as far as the next UEFA championship and then decide, and with the young & exciting team that he assembled, I am a bit surprised he decided to leave. Of course him and the German soccer Federation never had a love relationship either.sfz_T-car wrote:Klinsmann is a smart guy. There's no way to go but down if he kept the German job.

Oh, I don't know - he could actually WIN something, which would be a step up.sfz_T-car wrote:Klinsmann is a smart guy. There's no way to go but down if he kept the German job.
Speculation on a move to domestic soccer, but I can't see that unless he'd move from California, which he seems unwilling to do. Maybe the US job appeals after all ?

You know that is weak even if that is what the guy said...Only a moron would throw away a world Cup for that...I wonder how many million times that s*** has been said over the years in every sport in every game...
The little respect I had for this idiot after that head butt is now gone...He is very weak of mind...
