2K7 Pics (nba, college hoops, nhl)

Post by LAking »

2k sports just released a handful of pics of the upcoming 2k7 sports gaming for the 360.

College hoops and nba look nice, but once again NHL looks almost exactly the same. Looks like another year of trying to squeeze every last drop out of that now dated engine. The game needs a complete overhaul IMO. I can't believe they aren't making a completely new next gen game yet.

Yeah but, you might actualy get to play the 2k7 versions this year without formating your HD.

Wow.

NBA has animated jerseys -- yet the goalie's pads are flat in NHL.

After seeing what Kush has done with NHL (not much) and MLB (running it into the ground), me thinks it's time Take 2 finds a new developer for these games.

I was never big on "trusting" pics released by game makers, but after the bait and switches by EA with Madden and 2K with MLB, I'm not even going to bother looking at screen shots anymore. I'll just wait until I see actual gameplay videos on the Net.

ears

That's been my approach for years. Even the video are suspect more often than not.
