 Did they send you this e-mail personally? Did your order say "InProcess" on the Best Buy site?

I´d try contacting them and complain a bit more. I´m sure they´d give you a few gift cards or something, they throw those things around like nothin. Also, isn´t there some kind of law about advertised prices. I´m betting their "Conditions.. blah blah blah" could only get them so far. That´s no different then a gas station having a sign on the door that says, "Prices on products may be altered at the register" or something, which isn´t legal. Whatever... I´d try to milk em for all they´ve got though <IMG SRC="images/forum/icons/icon_smile.gif">

 Dunno about US law, but over here in the UK price tags are an ´invitation to treat´ rather than being binding - ie it gives you an idea what to offer the retailer for a particular item, whichm of course, 99.99% of the time they will accept.
 
 That was from the first year of my accounting qualification, so don´t blame me if it´s rubbish... <IMG SRC="images/forum/icons/icon_wink.gif">

 The problem here is the fact that the games weren´t advertised as costing $5. They were advertised as costing $20. They only changed to $5 when you put them in your cart and then only if you had Splinter Cell in your cart already. It was an honest computer error and might have cost someone their job with the money lost on this mistake. 10% off is plenty for trying to capitalize on this error.
