numbers

in college there is a rule that no player can have a number in the ones place over 5 and no number in the tens place over 5 but in some images i have seen numbers for example 39 on players, was this just on early images or is this just a mistake? thanks for filling me in

No, the number only give you between 00-50, and only up to the 5´s in each of those categories, so it is accurate
