Winning Eleven: Official Goal Thread
Zeppo and I had a nice conversation about Winning Eleven last night after a little bit of Halo 2. We got to talking about goals and I mentioned to him that I had edited some of my goals and posted them on OS for everyone to view and share. I know a good majority of the crew here at DSP play Winning Eleven and have scored some brilliant goals they have saved. I have the ability to get footage from my Xbox to my PC, therefore if anyone has any goal replays they would like to share with everyone you are welcome to send your saves to me and I will take the liberty of editing them and getting them here to the thread.

Great idea on the replays. I've saved some of the more comic moments (goalkeeping errors) so I'll take a look and send them over.
BTW, really like the background screens you posted.
Best wishes,
Doug

Doug, you can send them to me if you don't want to do the editing yourself.dougb wrote:My replays are already on PC (I play the pc version). How do I put my replays on the thread - or should I send them to you?
Best wishes,
Doug
I need you to do one thing however. I don't play the PC version so I wouldn't be able to load up your replays via my Xbox, but if you go to this website( http://pes4.edgegaming.com/ ) and look in the downloads section you will find a program towards the bottom called Taksi 0.5 that can be used in conjunction with the PC version to capture the footage from in game. Use that program and capture the footage of your goal(s)(make sure to get it from different angles if you want them) you want and then you can send it to me and i'll take care of the rest.
Look under the "Ajay's Zone" tab and he has a step by step tutorial on how exactly to capture the footage using the program.
Ok thanks for the info. I'll try and get some replays to you early next week.AtXj wrote:Doug, you can send them to me if you don't want to do the editing yourself.dougb wrote:My replays are already on PC (I play the pc version). How do I put my replays on the thread - or should I send them to you?

I looked at some of my replays, and, well, . . . they suck. There may be one or two that are kind of cool, but my default PES U. unis look lame as sh*t compared to the slick real-world unis on those videos.
And oh, by the way ReDy, I tried a quick USA v. Mexico 10min game on 6*, and I will be cranking it up to 6* in my ML once the season ends. (Lost the second leg of the WEFA Chmp. 3-2 to Juve, at home no less! After 2-2 in the first leg! Grrr.) I came from behind to beat those dirty Mexicans 2-1, so even though their first goal was ridiculous, the jump up doesn't seem too scary. They certainly played a little bit different brand of ball than the 4* goons I've been used to. Right now, Gutierrez, Chiumiento and the PES U. are fighting for second place and the guaranteed spot, 2pts behind Liverpool with 4 games to go. . . .

Zeppo,
I'm pretty much in the same boat. I rarely score the spectacular goal or free kick from distance and thus the best replays seem to come from the computer opponent.
I've got a comic misplay where Juventus' Buffon comes out and collides with the right back Zebina, allowing my striker Bojinov to pick up the ball and slide it into the empty net. Another comic display from a keeper against me, this time Chelsea's Cudicini, where Cudicini gets caught at the forward edge of the penalty area without the ball which then gets tapped over to another forward who slid it into the the empty net from just inside the penalty box.
Best wishes,

Here are a few I put together that I scored with my ML team on 4-stars. These are the well struck ones. . .

Damn, I scored on a beautiful header in the box off a corner kick last night as AS Roma, and I forgot to save it.
But it was my only goal in a 4-1 loss, so maybe that was a good thing.
Take care,
PK
