I just want to apologize to everyone on the board for my behavior lately.
It takes a big man to admit when he's wrong and I will never turn down an apology from anyone. I know I have said things at times I wish I could take back and can never understand why everyone doesn't all think I'm a "great guy":). I never mean to hurt anyone and you seem the same way. My biggest advice I could give to you is to give people the benefit of the doubt here. Just because something looks cut and dry in print, doesn't allways mean that's how it really went down or was meant.

I enjoy online gaming, but I wonder how many of the masses really want it.

If online gaming was so in demand, wouldn't the Dreamcast have been more successful due to its status as the only console currently with online play?

Also, I would guess that Sega has sold more than 5 million Dreamcasts worldwide, as a conservative estimate. So why were both Daytona USA servers completely empty -- literally no one -- at 11 p.m. (EDT) on a recent Saturday night?

Makes me think that online gaming -- as fun as it is -- isn't a prerequisite for many people considering an upcoming console purchase.

Damn, Brent can rattle the bones in everyone's closet like no one else. Sure the FBI hasn't hired you to vet potential Supreme Court nominees or U.N. ambassadors? :)

Just a god given memory like a steel trap. Unfortuantely I have never found a use for it - other then posting on forums, and taking tests when I was a student. One day the Simon will make a comeback and I will be the world champion. ;)

"f*** YOU, CARL!"

Funniest online moment for me, ever.

BD, is there any business model for an Internet detective agency? It would never even have occured to me that you can find posts from a forum that no longer exists.

I miss Carl. He's a quality kid.

I weed my Friends list periodically, removing people I haven't played against in a while or really don't know. But I don't think I'll ever remove Carl even though I haven't gamed with him in months.

Scott, you're the man my friend. No matter what I've seen on the board, I've always felt that a lot of that was displaced. Heck, I don't even know if that is the right word, I'm definitely not one for much psycho babble.

I know how it is to open oneself on the board. The fact that this place is more of a family than a forum, makes it a bit easier to do.

Anyway, enough of my rambling. If you need to talk, email or PM me.

I always thought your posts were a bit tongue in cheek. And after playing with you on Live I was convinced. You're a good guy and I hope things work out for you..............and your Phoenix Suns.

Even back in the sportsreviewers days I thought you were fun to debate with. You can continue on with me as status quo to meet your stress needs if you would like. Everyone must vent or they pop like artest. Seriously, man, I always thought your agressive style was your thing, and I never took anything personally.
