Anyhoo SIMO matey I recently had a cousin take a demo xbox disc home from the States and he said it worked on his Xbox does that mean maybe yours will work here ?
I know it goes against what every one thinks but if i can get Pro evo on xbox and have the live work ,how sweet would that be for us all here in the states, maybe its just the demos but im gonna send him a full game and find out.

really? I consider the industry charging $59.00 and up, for the next generation of vidgames (as what is being reported), a slap in the face. Not unlike yourself, i've literally spent thousands of dollars in the past 3 years alone, supporting the industry (not one pirate game in my collection). If these reports are true, this is subject to change.
Not like you care vinny... but this disappoints me.

My guess is you are also suffering the slap in the face from the movie industry that is charging more every year to see movies if you apply the same logic as you are to games....

When/if this pricing scenario occurs, let's discuss it then. Until that time, it is nothing but idle speculation....

I care.

having did spend $3,400 on games over the past 3 years, i find these reported price increases dissapointing. I have supported the game industry. How much is enough? Videogaming is now MAINSTREAM. The market size has ballooned. If anything, prices of new vidgames should be going down, not up. peaceBw/

I agree with what you say about it sucking that the prices go up (but the costs to create more detailed artwork and programming go up too), but I don't think it's an excuse to pirate games. That seems to be what you are saying. If not.. then I apologize.

Still kind of moot as developers of games visit this forum and it's basically a slap in the face to allow such discussions. I simply think it sends the wrong message and have had the same stance for as long as I have posted on the internet.

(I have said it before and I will say it again)

What makes games different then any other item you buy that goes up? You probably spend thousands of dollars on gasoline and those prices have risen dramatically. Are you going to start stealing gas from the local 7-11?

It's not like I am for an increase in prices but I surely will not resort to stealing games if they do. If I can't afford something, I simply do not purchase it.

Sure and they can strip these future games of any online content, added artwork and HD support. Heck while they are at it let's not give anyone on the development team a raise. Just because something becomes mainstream does not mean the price is going to drop.
