i loved the movie. the message was sort of anti religion. basically the world is controlled completely by chance. w/o any sort of caring about basic fellow man, the world degenerates into a selfish, hellish place.

how is online for NHL07. I only play online with a friend of mine and I am intriqued by all the positive comments for EAs hockey game. But EA has the worst servers in the world usually and their games are a lagged filled mess.

Only EAs football games have been smooth online for me.

its EA....what do you expect. The whole company's premise is marketing first, minimize development costs, port to as many consoles as possible, sequalize and movie tie everything, and program for the lowest common denominator.

Dont ever buy EA games.

The gameplay was fantastic, but I have 2 criticisms.

1) where are the indicators below the players showing what the strengths are (3 pointer, steals, blocks, dunks, etc)

2) Toyota replay stuff could not be skipped.

i only buy sports games to play online. I don't know why i ever buy an EA product. There online servers are awful. The game is unplayable online. I played 5 games. All had either serious lag to unplayable lag.

I tried playing one game. It took over 1.5 hours to play b/c of the slowness of the game ...

One thing that is bothersome with the 360 EA Sports titles is that the controls feel sluggish. I don't know if that's because of the controller or the game. Madden had a horrible feel. I felt disconnected with the controls. NCAA has a similar feel.

played HS tennis. I am 39 and play short court full court BBall 2 to 3 times a week. I am the hustler guy on the floor.

I equate this to the overall "avoid taking responsibilty for you actions" theme or "inability to delay gratification" which is so prevalent in society.

Like PK said, EA has not only released some solid sequels, but they took a chance with both NCAA Baseball and Arena Football. I am probably more pleased with EA right now than I have been in the last 4-5 years.

The worldwide launch turned out to be a bad idea. If you have devoted customers still searching for consoles at this point while Japan can't sell them, then it is a tactical error.

every time i play online, my opponent will constantly go to the hoop w/ a good dunker and more or less shoot about 75%. I have tried 2-3 zone and doubling at times and while it helps some, it is still damn near impossible to stop these cheesers.
