can two people play on the same team over the internet, for example if my friend comes over can he play over the internet on my team or does he have to sit and watch me? thanks for filling me in

in college there is a rule that no player can have a number in the ones place over 5 and no number in the tens place over 5 but in some images i have seen numbers for example 39 on players, was this just on early images or is this just a mistake? thanks for filling me in

why arent the undershirts the same color as the teams jersey? thanks for filling me in
