Wednesday Night OTP: NHL10 (9/30)
Folks:
It's time for more OTP action in NHL. I'd like to start at 10pm EDT, assuming I can pull myself away from catching up on the new Ken Burns show. I'm two days behind already and that thing is filling up my DVR.
Anyway, it might be nice to try a real-players (non club rules) game or two on the big ice with the Euro teams, but I'm sure we will mostly run with our club rules guys.
If we have six, I'd like to go private, but I could be convinced to try some club games in two groups. The only thing I'd insist on is that we scramble up the teams after each game.

As always, great matches last night guys...
While it's been stated before, as recently as yesterday in the other NHL thread, the boardplay adds such an integral dimension that the games feel so much more authentic and working the puck around for a scoring chance is incredibly satisfying.
Shame we couldn't have won one of the two club matches to close the night. I feel like we were right there with both opponents despite the lopsided shot totals in the last game.
Catch you guys next time.
