I so wanted to play the Seahawks.

I just got done saying Dalton sucks balls and he hits that TD pass...Gratz Bills.
P.S....Last time Bills were in the playoffs the Rams won the SB.

Totally feel you.pk500 wrote: This shouldn’t mean this much to me. But it does. I am SO F*CKING HAPPY.
Tell that to Texans fans.....never seen more injuries to key players in my life....10spro wrote:With 30 seconds left, all Seahawks needed to do was to convert a FG for the win. Walsh missed it and that just pretty much summarizes the up and down season this year. Not that it really mattered as I was finding out that the Falcons won their game, but still such a frustrating year for Hawks fans plagued by injuries and what bothered me the most, stupid unnecessary penalties at key moments of a game.
The most penalized team in the league for stupidity. Well deserved.
And yes, screw the Rams, go Falcons...
Congrats fellas. Someone at DSP is gonna have their team win it this year. Who is it? My odds went down they shitter when Wentz tore his ACL.XXXIV wrote:Totally feel you.pk500 wrote: This shouldn’t mean this much to me. But it does. I am SO F*CKING HAPPY.
First time in a long time is a great time.
Thank God. Hopefully we'll never hear him again in the booth of a Monday Night Football game. Perhaps the worst TV analyst in football.10spro wrote:Looks like Gruden will be back coaching, this time for the Raiders.
Many coaches have MASSIVE egos. Gruden is among the clear leaders in that pack. So he probably wants back in.Rodster wrote:Edit: The only reason to bail on ESPN if he knows something we don't know like ESPN not renewing their NFL contract when it expires. They have been cutting back in their departments and TV offerings and doing more online stuff.
There's gotta be more to it than that when you're giving up $6.5 million and trading that for a 15 hr, 7 days a week job. Now if he's being offered a part ownership in the team then that would make more sense. But to give up the kind of money he's getting at ESPN for the little effort it requires vs an NFL HC'ing gig just doesn't compute with me.pk500 wrote:Many coaches have MASSIVE egos. He's a relatively young guy who wants back in the grind. Again, coaches want to coach -- not talk on TV. Especially one who's only 54.Rodster wrote:There's gotta be more to it than that when you're giving up $6.5 million and trading that for a 15 hr, 7 days a week job. Totally agree with this, mixes up players first and last names with others so much that it comes across as totally unprepared and unprofessional for a tv color guy.pk500 wrote:Thank God. Bruce Arians could be an interesting choice. Colorful guy. Good talker. But is he a big enough name?wco81 wrote:MNF is a top rated show so I doubt they will go with some low-key guy.
Wonder how many Papa John's Pizza and Nationwide insurance commercials would be part of the deal?pk500 wrote:Bruce Arians could be an interesting choice. Colorful guy. Good talker. But is he a big enough name?wco81 wrote:MNF is a top rated show so I doubt they will go with some low-key guy.
Peyton Manning, anyone? ESPN/ABC's answer to Romo?
hahahaha he is like the modern day Yogi Berra with his quotes and Harry Carey with his old man delivery.pk500 wrote: Bruce Arians could be an interesting choice. Colorful guy. Good talker. But is he a big enough name?
Good point. But he still would be better than Gruden, who is a complete train wreck.Danimal wrote:hahahaha he is like the modern day Yogi Berra with his quotes and Harry Carey with his old man delivery.pk500 wrote: Bruce Arians could be an interesting choice. He would outright suck IMO. Thank God you're not a programming director.
True but I think we can aim higher than Grandpa Bruce.pk500 wrote:Good point. You gave both offenses far too much credit.fletcher21 wrote:I've got my bankroll on buffalo today straight up. Bortles is just awful. I think buffalo will end up winning 13-10. Saints Panthers is my game of the week.
